Who should apply: Students interested in pursuing a PhD in the biomedical sciences. To be eligible, students must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, and plan on starting graduate school in Fall 2025 or Fall 2026. Students from racial and ethnic minority groups, low-income family backgrounds, first-generation U.S. citizens, and first-generation college students are especially encouraged to apply.
Where: PIBS Preview is back in person and on campus for Fall 2024! UM PIBS covers the cost of travel, lodging, and food for all invited Preview attendees. Attendees will have the opportunity to:
Learn more about applying to graduate school, the interview process, and life as a grad student
Meet with faculty, current students, and more
Practice exploring graduate programs and interviewing with faculty
